Easy Low Carb Snacks


Quick and easy healthy snacks are a must. I’ve compiled a list of 10 healthy snacks for your low carb diet.



Chocolate Raspberry Bites


These couldn’t be any easier. One day I was eating some Lily’s dark chocolate chips and thought, man these would be great with some raspberries! Then it hit me: These little holes in the raspberries are perfect to shove a chocolate chip inside! You get all the yumminess of raspberry and chocolate with almost zero effort. These make a cute bite-sized snack for anyone. My kids love them!










Hardboiled eggs

An Instant Pot makes hardboiled eggs minutes. Set the trivet inside, add 2C cold water, then place eggs inside so they have a bit of space in between. Seal the lid and set the “steam” function timed for 5 minutes.


Meanwhile, fill a heat safe bowl with ice water. Once the timer goes off, quick-release the pressure. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place them into the ice bath.


Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then enjoy! Mix the yolks with some mayo, then refill the whites for deviled eggs.


Keto Granola


Once the granola is made, you have a quick snack to eat alone, with some berries or on top of your favorite yogurt! You can find my recipe here.

I personally love Two Good brand yogurt. It’s sugar free and just 2g carbs per serving.















Pork Rinds

No cooking or prep required here. Eat solo or use as a chip to dip into guacamole or salsa. Choose a brand with low sugar like 4505 and chow down!





Nuts

Another no-cook idea to help maintain magnesium levels. Be sure to weigh the portion out to avoid overeating. Good options are walnuts, pecans, macadamia, pistachios and cashews.






Charcuterie board

Loaded with your favorite meats, cheeses, olives, pickles, nuts, veggies, deviled eggs, etc, these take a bit of prep but are super easy and will totally fill you up.









BLT cups

Romaine lettuce, bacon, tomato and some mayo (optional) are all you need to whip these up. The crunch of the romaine is so satisfying, you won’t need bread.















Chaffles

Cheese meets waffle…need I say more?? These are so quick and easy to make and can be topped with whatever your heart desires. Check out my pizza chaffle and basic chaffle recipes and get creative!
















Chocolate Dipped Strawberries


Another sweet snack made with Lily's chocolate chips, all you need is some strawberries and a double boiler to melt the chocolate. No double boiler? Microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
