Maple Cream Cheese Spread

My maple cream cheese spread is excellent as a stand-alone treat. Consider portioning it in 2T amounts and freezing for fat bombs or as a crust-less cheesecake in a cup. I actually made this as a topping for homemade pumpkin bread. I found a recipe for a low carb pumpkin bread on this website and it turned out excellent.

This deliciousness is as easy to make as it is to eat.

Maple Cream Cheese Spread


2T sugar free maple syrup (I like Lakanto)

4 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

1T brown sugar substitute Swerve

1tsp vanilla extract


Place all ingredients into a small bowl. Mix well using a fork or whip with an immersion blender with a whisk attachment.
